Join the Orillia Food Council and explore opportunities to inspire and engage our youth. Erin Beagle, Executive Director of Roots To Harvest in Thunder Bay, leads workshops focusing on the successes and challenges experienced in creating sustainable urban farming education programs for young people. An evening panel discussion featuring educators, food security champions, municipal representatives and youth advocates invites the public to discuss a vision for local youth engagement in Simcoe County's food future.
